Terms:

Net 30 days. Unearned discounts will be charged back.

Orders:

All orders are priced F.O.B. our Warehouse and are subject to acceptance by Ceralux Industries Inc. Minimum order is net $200.00

Purchase orders must be received 48 hours prior to pick up.

Orders not picked up within one week of requested pick-up date will be automatically cancelled and a restocking charge of 15% will be applied to your account. Please re-order required product.

Courier:

Double packaging is available for special shipments at the additional cost of $15.00 per piece. F.O.B. our Warehouse. Standard freight policy applies.

Freight:

All goods are F.O.B. our Warehouse. Ceralux’s responsibility ceases when the carrier accepts the goods. Please inspect each package, and if there is any damage or breakage mark the pro bill accordingly and make a claim against the carrier. Ceralux does not cover damages or breakage.

Claims:

Claims for shortages must be made within 24 hours of Receipt of Merchandise. Call 1-888-237-2589 or FAX 1-800-668-4694 to report short shipments immediately.

Returns:

A return goods authorization must be obtained prior to any merchandise being returned. There will be a 15% restocking charge with a $35 minimum on all returned merchandise. All returns must be shipped FREIGHT PREPAID. Collect returns will be refused.
